Airport Pickup Instructions
Before Your Flight:
After completing your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details and pickup instructions. Make sure to save this email and have it accessible on your phone or printed copy.
Arrival at Muscat Airport:
Upon landing at Muscat International Airport, proceed through immigration and collect your luggage as normal. Our pickup service operates in the public arrivals hall after customs exit.
Meeting Point:
Look for our Friensy Mobile representative holding a sign with your name. They will be positioned near the exit of the arrivals hall, typically between Gates 3 and 4. Our staff wears distinctive green and white uniforms with the Friensy Mobile logo.
Identification:
Show your order confirmation email and a valid ID (passport) to the representative. They will verify your details and provide you with your pre-activated SIM card in a sealed package.
SIM Card Installation:
Our representative will help you install the SIM card in your phone if needed. They'll show you how to insert it properly and verify that it's connecting to the network. This usually takes just 2-3 minutes.
Testing Connection:

Pickup Hours:
